hi ppl out there~ i hope you guys have been getting along really fine for the past few months! take lotsa care =)) these few months have been really hectic for me..
just a summary at glance wads happening to me in the months ive been MIA!
may 28- june 4 HUMANITARIAN TRIP TO LAOS
really really enriching trip.. i did so many things that i never envisioned myself ever having the chance to do it. Learnt so much on leadership stuff over the trip and i think im actually much more confident of myself after going on the trip. Spoke to big shots e.g. toun, a star in laos ( who gave me a nice hug b4 she left and said she 'll rmb me) visited 5 primary schools and a blind sch, visited singapore embassy in laos, went to a children's party and i dealt with transactions involving millions. Inflation had caused the exchange rate of kips to be 1US to 20000 KIPS.~~haha
june 4 to 7
Back in Sg, pcking to leave for china. oh pack wad? clothes and NOTES to study for BT2. wad a wet blanket. the stupid notes took up the bulk of my luggage and it was almost overweight.
june 7 to 24
Beijing! stayed in my dad's damn cool and high tech apartment. I LOVE IT TO BITS. i miss my bed there and my room there. some highlights: met jiang jing feng prof through my dad's colleague's son, who also turns out to be my erhu tcher's student from malaysia. this kinda relationship is intriguing. BUt anw.he was really nice helped me "repair" my erhu and taught me some stuff and gave me an autographed book written by his PRO dad.second: ATE SO much i gained weight. food in beijing is brilliant.the menu is like almost a hundred pages long...and the food there is realy realy nice. =) now that im back in sg and suffering in the hc canteen, nothing seems to be really able to satisfy my palate. oh my bro joined us there, so there was a mini gathering of 4 out of 5 members of my family in beijing. super cool! and i saw HAIL there in beijing one bright sunny afternoon!
june28 to 2nd july
BT 2. oh quite screwed cos i pia ed a few sub within a few days when i came back to singapore. bUt not too bad still. GOt ABBC this time. physics is the C. as usual, my lannest subj. BIO was a nice surprise! =)
after bt: stuff like shopping, movie, class chalet, tv time (superstar), hcco prac for syf showcase, rgco perf rehearsal filled in the time so very quickly...
17th july
xyz outing at sentosa! super fun..im peeling now cos of it. never expected hcco xyz to be so spontaneous seriously.hahas.but they were so sweet cos they even brot a cake to sentosa to surprise me and like they dunked me into the sea. it was such a wonderful day esp with ppl like shar, jieying, min around =D im thinking maybe i wood start to miss this gp after i leave cos act they are super nice ppl and they are quite fun act! =D
18th july~
my bday! went to school feeling sunburnt. then surprises popped out one after another.received so many prez i felt so so blessed to have such nice frens around.
right from the point i reached cls bench, was surrounded by ppl like clement, justine, jieying, jiamin, sharon at cls bench who were according to sharon " queuing up to talk to me". haha quite funny..some stuff i got:

and a nice baked cake-cookie made up of my name from amy seow!! they were so sweet haha!amy first showed me a lousy, messy cake and said " im sorry i dunno why turned out like this." then i was like oh nvm nvm no prob..then suddenyl carine popped out from behind with the REAL cake that went "LIYU!" haha!
22nd july
today was rgco concert.my solo. was pretty affected immediately after the perf cos i screwed up my ying zi with my all time nervousness.haha..the back was quite good lar.
but its just upsetting to noe i cud have done so much better. TMR i will def do my very very best =D
there are so many stuff to do after concert tmr!!! =DD
